Definition
This phase translates the design into clear production guidelines. We align on the project scope, build the specification, review production files, and define key parameters such as materials, processes, constraints, and budget. This stage creates a precise foundation and allows the project to move forward with clarity.

Sourcing
This phase focuses on finding the right manufacturing partner. We identify and match suitable factories from our network based on material, technology, complexity, and quality requirements. We make initial production adjustments to align the design with real-world capabilities, and present cost ranges and timelines to support informed decisions.

Sampling
This phase tests the design in reality. We develop initial samples and evaluate material, finish, and usability. Each sample goes through dual quality control between our China office and the studio. We identify gaps between intent and execution and refine accordingly. This stage ensures alignment with production requirements and preserves the design while reducing future iterations.

Production
This phase marks the transition from definition to execution. Once all parameters are approved, the product moves into production at scale. We finalize production files and ensure all specifications are clear and precise, leaving no room for interpretation. This stage focuses on consistency, accuracy, and maintaining a high production standard.

Delivery
This phase moves the product from factory to client. We manage shipping, coordinate logistics, and prepare all required documents, including the packing list, to ensure a smooth transition. The process is tracked through to handover, whether working with the client’s forwarder or our own.

Approach
We operate as a single entity guiding the entire process, holding and representing the client’s interests from start to finish.
In a manufacturing world driven by efficiency, cost, and constraints, it is easy for the original intent of a product to be lost. Our role is to preserve it.
